SESSION 1 for FINANCIAL ADVISORS: Navigating the TCJA Temporary and Permanent Provisions - 8:45-9:45

SESSION 2 for ALL ATTENDEES: Cybersecurity and Confidentiality - 10:00-11:00

SESSION 3 for ATTORNEYS: Revisiting TCJA for Trust and Estate Practitioners
(including review of Donor-Advised Funds & Tax reporting for foreign beneficiaries) - 11:15-12:15

~   California Board of Accountancy Continuing Education Certificates will be provided.

Approval for 2 hours of participatory MCLE credit has been submitted to the State Bar of California.
{NOTE:
All attendees are welcome to attend all three sessions, however only 2 hours of CLE credit have been requested for approval for attorneys.
Attorney’s MUST attend both Sessions 2 & 3 to receive CLE credit.
