Donations to this fund are considered "unrestricted.  Unrestricted funds can be used at the discretion of the Board and Staff of the Foundation and may be used to add to a grant or scholarship fund or may be used to cover operational costs. A donation to this fund is a "vote of confidence" for the Foundation.
